Welcome to
WESLEYAN

Living well is the lifestyle you will find at Wesleyan Health and Rehabilitation.  Our well-trained, compassionate staff supervises every aspect of our resident’s wellness.  With 24-hour nursing care, Wesleyan focuses on the entire spectrum of one’s well-being, from their physical and emotional health to their needs for friendship and intellectual stimulation.

Our community is composed of multiple “neighborhoods,” each with its own intimate restaurant-style dining, courtyard and beautiful common areas.  The rooms are decorated tastefully in a homelike manner while featuring electric beds, handicap accessible bathrooms and a team of eager professionals anxious to serve.

Our Mission Statement

Wesleyan Health and Rehabilitation is committed to restoring our residents to their highest potential through kind, compassionate medical care.

Come join us this Wednesday to cheer on our Senior Rehab Athletes!!

Wesleyan Health & Rehab, along with Heart to Heart Hospice have partnered together to honor and recognize the service of our Veterans through a pinning ceremony. The Veterans are presented with a certificate of recognition, a pin, and a Challenge Coin.

Our first Veteran honored is Charles Ingram. Charles served in the U.S. Navy and went on to become a teacher and a pastor. He enjoys motorcycles and playing guitar. We were able to honor Charles during his birthday party with his family present. Thank you, Mr. Ingram for your service to our country!
